The legal basis for this processing of data are your consent within the meaning of Article 6 (1) a) GDPR and Article 6 (1) f) GDPR (balancing of interests, based on Inogroup's legitimate interest to tailor the website to its users’ interests and needs). You can withdraw your consent at any time and prevent the processing of your data for website analytics purposes as described below. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

3.2. Google Analytics

Our specific tool for this purpose is Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, hereinafter referred to as “Google”).

Google Analytics uses the “cookies” mentioned above in section 2.2. Currently there is no decision of the EU Commission that the USA generally provide an adequate level of protection for personal data. Google undertakes, however, to comply with the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the US Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use and retention of personal information from European Union member countries. More information in this regard is available here: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/7105316?hl=en

More information on the handling of user data within Google Analytics is available in Google’s privacy notice at https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=en

If your application is not successful, your data will usually be deleted within six months after the end of the application process.

6. Third-party content

6.1. General

The internet is a connected environment. You will therefore not only find our own content on this website. We have also incorporated third-party content that improves the way our website works. If you access one of our web pages with such third-party content, your browser establishes a direct connection to the servers of the respective provider and retrieves their content in order to display it to you.

6.2. Google Fonts

We specifically use Google Fonts to display texts on this website (see https://fonts.google.com/). Google Fonts is provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google.”)

The fonts are loaded directly from your web browser into a local cache on your device. They can then be used for displaying text on this website and, if necessary, other internet websites using the same fonts (which will reduce download times if a font is already stored in the cache). If your web browser does not support Google Fonts or does not allow access to Google Fonts, your browser will try to display the text in a default font.

When loading a Google Fonts font, your browser communicates directly with servers of Google in the U.S., which may record the corresponding font retrieval by your browser. There is currently no decision by the EU Commission that the U.S. generally offers an adequate level of data protection. Google has, however, committed to comply with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Agreement published by the U.S. Department of Commerce on the collection, use, and storage of personal data from EU member states. Further information is available here: https://www.privacyshield.gov/welcome

Google’s privacy statement explains how Google uses and processes your information in connection with Google Fonts: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en

6.3. Legal basis

The legal basis for integrating third-party content as described in this Section 6 is Article 6 (1) f) GDPR (balancing of interests – based on our interest to present attractive content to users of our website in a technically efficient manner).

7. External service providers

Inogroup uses various external services providers to operate this website (e.g. data center operators). To the extent it is necessary these service providers also process personal data. Inogroup diligently selects and supervises its service providers. They process the data only in accordance with Inogroup's instructions and are also bound by this privacy statement.

8. Retention periods

Inogroup stores personal data only as long as it is necessary for the purposes described herein, or as long as it is necessary to comply with statutory retention periods. Unless it is stated otherwise herein the data you have entered pursuant to section 2.1 above will therefore not be retained for longer than the statutory retention period for business communication of six years. Unless it is stated otherwise herein the automatically collected data pursuant to section 2.2 will be deleted or anonymized after one week at the latest.

9. Your rights

Upon request Inogroup will inform you whether Inogroup stores any data about you, and if yes, which. Under the statutory conditions you may have the right to demand that Inogroup rectifies, restricts processing of, or erases these data.

You also have the right to receive from Inogroup the personal data concerning you which you have provided to Inogroup, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. You have the right to transmit (or have transmitted) those data to another controller.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority for data protection matters.
